2. PayPal accept all major credit cards and payments from checking account.
3. There is no charge for you to open and send money using a PayPal account. We pay the service charges to receive your payment.

• By Fax:  please fax us at  1-866-438-8268  (toll free for Canada and U.S.A) or international (604)438-5656.    Please list clearly the following information:

1. Product code and quantity.
2. Shipping address and billing address
3. Contact person name, telephone number, fax number, email address
4. Credit card number, expiry date, card holder's name and signature. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
5. Anti credit card  fraud safeguards in place and will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders. Any attempt to use stolen credit cards or credit card numbers will be reported to the RCMP or the FBI.  We will supply the RCMP or the FBI with information needed to prosecute the thief.

• By Phone: please call us at  Toll Free Call : 1-888(884-3188) and give us the order and payment information.    Our business hours are seven days a week, from 10am to 8pm Pacific Standard Time. ( please note we are in the west coast. )     
          
• Summit Order Online: please fill in the  Wholesale Order Form  and summit online, then call us or fax us your credit card info.

• Minimum order US$100
• For orders ship to USA address.
• Payment in US fund. We accept cash, certified check, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal.
• We ship orders from our Vancouver, Canada or Renton, USA warehouse. We will use our UPS or Fedex account to pay for the USA import duties and clearing customs charges if we ship your order out from Canada. That means no extra charges beside the product wholesale cost and shipping cost if applicable.
• No sales taxes will be charged to orders ship to United States or international.
• Free shipping to continental USA by UPS ground on orders of  US$300.
• No Free shipping by post services. Please provide us your phisical shipping address for UPS delivery. UPS don't deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• No free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc since no ground shipping service available.
  

Shipping Cost

We are a truely wholesale company and require $100 minimum order. When your order is less than USD$100 / CDN$100, you need to pay a much higher shipping and handling fee.

We offer free shipping by UPS ground for order over USD$300 / CAD$300.

When you order online through PayPal shopping cart, the shipping cost is based on a percentage of the total amount of the purchase and only apply to the order ship by UPS ground. Please see the chart below.

For customers from areas which UPS ground is not available, such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international countries other than USA and Canada etc, please note the shipping charge in your shopping cart is not the actual shipping cost. We will email you the actual shipping cost after you complete the order. And in most of the cases, you need to pay some extra money to cover the actual shipping cost.

Damages & Returns

Missing or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Returns are accepted only for true defects or errors for which we are responsible.  Defective or damaged merchandise must be returned at your own expense within 2 weeks of receipt and is subject to inspection. A return authorization # must be issued before returns are accepted.   Your account will be credited after the products are received and inspected.  In some case customer may be asked to take a photo of the damaged items and send to us in order to request the replacement. All orders are double checked or triple checked for accuracy before being packed.   Our warehouse staffs carefully packed all items and we make every effort to ensure your shipment leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.
